Our NDIS Registration Document Package is a digital product delivered via email. Because it can be downloaded and used immediately, refunds are generally not available after purchase.

When a Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a refund in rare circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally purchase the same package twice.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 7 days of your purchase via our Contact page.
  • Include your order confirmation email and a brief explanation.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
